Kim Rockley

Kim RockleyKim's foremost passion is media and the impact it can have on people's lives. She has spent the last 12 years in the broadcast business, all in her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona. Kim spent eight years as a producer for the number one rated morning show "Good Morning! Arizona" (KTVK - Phoenix), a four-hour live program that has been a Valley favorite for nearly 15 years. As both news and entertainment, the show gave Kim the opportunity to hone her media skills in nearly every area.

Breaking news, consumer stories, health and fitness, cooking and celebrity interviews were all part of a typical broadcast day. She still occasionally wears her producing hat around town working on a variety of projects.

In 2005, Kim ventured into the consulting arena specializing in media & public relations, media training, promotional PR, community projects and broadcast consulting. The world of public relations opened a door for Kim to guide her clients in their effort to get noticed and provide the confidence to venture into the intimidating world of modern media.

Tapping into a contact list that spans over a decade, she has built relationships with professionals in broadcast, print and interactive media -- both locally and nationally. Her main goal is to arm clients with the knowledge and fortitude to introduce their brand to the masses through the power of publicity.

As the media landscape goes through many changes, Kim remains on the cutting edge and continues her fight to bring clients the exposure they crave.

Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in broadcast communications and a Master's degree in communication studies from Arizona State University. She is an active member of PRSA.

Rachel Harris

Rachel HarrisWhen it comes to media relations, Rachel Harris has extensive experience on both sides of the camera. As the local media spokesperson for Southwest Airlines (1992-1998), Rachel secured multiple positive stories for the growing airline. In addition, she also provided internal media training to Phoenix-based Southwest employees. Her on camera appearances and public relations skills impressed KTVK (Channel 3) enough to recruit her from the carrier in 1998.

From 1998 to 2001, Rachel was a producer for the number one rated program, "Good Morning! Arizona" seen on KTVK. Her tenure with the morning show gave her a producer's perspective and taught her what companies and individuals need to do to get their product on the air.

In 2003, KTVK asked Rachel to help launch a new morning show called "Your Life A to Z" hosted by Valley favorite Heidi Fogelsong. For the next four years, Rachel produced, occasionally co-hosted and regularly appeared in numerous segments for the popular program. Rachel also field produced and fronted live shots as well as packaged pieces for the show. Her job as a producer also required her to regularly coach on-air guests so that their segments were interesting, visual and stimulating to both the show host and the viewers.

In 2008, Rachel accepted an offer to become a freelance beauty and lifestyle reporter for an online women's magazine called My Sweet Connection. Her bi-monthly column comes to life on "Your Life A to Z" with her regular television segments, Beauty & Life on a Budget. Rachel's articles can be found at azfamily.com/yourlife.

Rachel earned her Bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. During college, she worked full-time, completed internships with an advertising agency in Dallas and an Austin radio station.
